Strategic Planning Session 2010

Board and staff members met August 20-21 to discuss the AEDC's operating practices, and re-define its mission statements. What resulted was a well-defined plan that will shape the course of action that the AEDC will take, both in the short- and long-term, as Atikokan continues to grow and move forward.

Hosted by noted facilitator Kevin Debnam, the 2010 Strategic Planning session successfully put into motion a number of key shifts that will help serve clients, including an increase in access to information in the other communities served by the AEDC, and ensuring businesses have access to the tools necessary to be successful in today's digital world.
